Yamask

Mr. Fabulous here, and might I say that this piece of artwork has an interesting take on its execution! Its coarse paintbrush effect gives it this sort of modern-art-esque style to it, which is a very refreshing change from the usual solid-lines of more pragmatic works.

The consistent use of red-shift shading left-wise and blue-shading right-wise is a VERY nice touch, giving the picture that eerie sense of confusion and strangeness. The yamask's shape is deceptively well-proportioned, and the way you subtly made the tears feel thin yet noticeable amongst the flurry of red-and-blue strokes gave the yamask that sense of blank sadness in the mess that was life. 

While it may not be fabulous, it still deserves a place in my favorites as being a benchmark for me to compare against other works that use the painbrush effect in the future.
